Cancelled Flights in London and Your Travel Insurance
It has been three days since London has been covered up in thick fog. Three days of misery for travelers whose flights have been cancelled or, if they were lucky, delayed.

I hope that you are not one of those travelers. If you are, then you might want to read further.

See, if things go wrong due to "force majeur" or what we call acts of god, your travel agent, airline, hotel, etc. do not owe you anything. Not even the travel insurance you have can help you. Unless, of course, your travel insurance coverage includes "named peril" and the "covered reasons" include cancellations due to bad weather.

So... what kind of travel insurance do you have?!
