The iconic Sydney Harbour bridge was a the backdrop for the new Guinness world record for the most flags flown from a bridge in the 10th birthday celebration of Bridgeclimb, a company set up to enable you to experience Sydney from the summit of the Bridge. Climbers carried flags from each of the 137 countries of origin of the more than two million people who've climbed Sydney Harbour Bridge since the inception of Bridge Climb.
Anyone aged ten or over and in good health can make the climb. There are different time slots day, night and twilight and two different routes, The Bridge Club or The Discovery Climb. The guided tour takes three and a half hours and prices start at 179 Australian dollars per adult (around £80 sterling) and $119 per child, aged 10 - 16.

This is really fancinating. It would be very different, climbing up a bridge to view the city.
