Don't Know? Ask Yahoo!

I'm not a fan of Yahoo! as a search engine, but recently I found a small, quirky and interesting selection of travel related entries from Ask Yahoo! - a service staffed by real people, where you can ask your questions.

Among my favourites:

• Could a person open a plane's emergency exit during a flight?


• What criteria is used to rate the "star value" of hotels?


• What do airports do with unclaimed luggage?


• What world city attracts the most tourists?


• Why do airlines overbook flights?


• Why is the "economy class" section of the airplane called "coach"?

Of course, in answer to the question "Where would I look on the Net to find pictures of the great wall of china?" I would say Google Images, but oddly enough, Yahoo has some very different suggestions...
