eSuites Hotel re-invents hotel experience

eSuites Hotels, the upscale boutique hotel conceptualized by Jerry Ellenburg is expected to break ground in the U.S. namely, Tampa and Jacksonville, Florida, Releigh-Durham, NC and Phoenix, Arizona.

The upscale, boutique hotel will offer an average daily room rate between $140 and $160 to attract guests in the limited and full-serve segments.

Here are a the hotels' features and amenities

* oversized double-bay guest suites, including signature "spaSuitesâ„¢" with hot-tubs in each room, and "sportSuitesâ„¢" which include athletic equipment in each room;

* upscale dining in a three-meal restaurant offering artisanal food, with organic options; an eclectic selection of hand-crafted wines (including an extensive wine-by-the-glass program) to appeal to the growing number of wine-savvy guests; an expansive high-end beer menu, including local micro-brewery products, where available; and a full bar supported by premium liquor brands;

* tech-savvy meeting rooms conveniently located in the lobby and on each guest room floor;

* a free-standing 3,500+ sq ft glass-fronted fitness center offering the latest equipment, as well as a variety of personal fitness classes and training;

* a "tech concierge" to help guests with the latest technology available on free wireless and wired T-1/T-3 Internet access throughout the hotel;

* built-in water purification system in each suite;

* spacious lobbies featuring stained, raw concrete floor reveals underneath plush carpet throws; and

* Lincoln Towncars and Navigators for complimentary airport pick-up and delivery, and also at the disposal of guests for local transportation, replacing the normal hotel van.

Negotiation for additional sites for a second development round is already underway.
