Yesterday, we featured an interesting way to combine your love for literature with your love for travel.

Today, we'll let you romanticize the past and allow you to combine your love for history with your love for travel.

Affiliated with the History Channel, History Travel takes you to where history happened and lets you walk into the land of legends.

You can choose tours based on destination or theme -- Ancient history, natural history, personalities and archeology, amongst others. If you know exactly what you want and they do not have it in their pre-planned tours, you are welcome to create your own tour.

This kind of tour would be perfect for those who are traveling with their teenaged children. Not only would it be fun, it would be educational, as well. Come to think of it, even adults could also use a bit more education (or a refresher course) from time to time.
