Have you used the Jetsleeper? I've never been able to sleep on planes, it's just not like sleeping in beds at home. I'm not convinced that this pillow would make sleep possible for me as the problem with sleeping is due more to lack of leg room and not lying down. Although I can one big advantage of the Jetsleeper being that you don't end up with your head on the adjacent passengers shoulder as you slip into slumber.

I am the manufacturer, so if I may correct you; Jetsleeper is a hollow fibre filled pillow which hooks over the top of the seat and the starp loops over the opposite armrest or the seat belt. The 2 attachments will hold the pillow next to your cheek and will give good support to the head and relieve pressure on the neck. It folds back into the zip bag which fits into a trouser pocket, not a jeans pocket. We will be at the destinations Travel show if anyone wants to try it out. Send me an email for free tickets. I don't know why the airlines don't pursue better pillows. My head usually ends of banging against the window or on the shoulder of the person next to me.
