Your luggage could be on its way to, say, Japan while you wait in London. Or, it could have gone the bermuda triangle way and you will never see your bag nor its contents ever again.
Lost. Missing. Disappeared. Irretrievable.
When that happens, you need to know your rights.
And if you live in the UK and constantly fly British Airways, you definitely need to brush up on your lost luggage coping skills because BA was recently declared the worst airline when it comes to losing bags in Europe.
Perhaps, the next time you travel with BA and you will be packing important things in your bag which you would rather not lose, you can try sending your luggage via First Luggage, a door to door luggage collection and delivery service.
