The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds offers Seabird Cruises in the Firth of Forth, departing from South Queensferry, close to Edinburgh. You'll sail in the "Maid of the Forth" under the famous Forth Rail Bridge and are likely to spot puffins, gannets and kittiwakes. There have even been sightings of whales in the Forth estuary.
