Travelers have been stranded in cities around the world when flights are either cancelled or delayed (mostly cancelled!) due to the ash erupted by Iceland's Eyjafjallajokull volcano. As a result, hotels are crowded anywhere, even as far as Singapore and Manila.
Now as flights resume in Europe, it doesn't mean that travel chaos are over. First of all, there is already a massive travel backlog. More than 95,000 flights were canceled in the last week alone. It could really take awhile before everything clears out. To add to the chaos, scientists said that they are not able to predict the said volcano's behavior.
