Except for #2, I agree with everything!
Barbara's Travelers' rule book: Behavior 101
1. Learn how to share armrest space.
2. Rearranging overhead space
3. Go the bathroom before getting on the plane
4. Intruding on Airline seat space
5. Loud cell phone conversations
6. If you can't lift it into the overhead bins, check it
7. Don't drink and fly
8. Space underneath the seat
9. Kids and flights
As for the overhead bin complaint... what about small women like me?! At 5'2", I always have to ask for help.

I read a post on Wandalust about tips for civilised behaviour between air travel passengers. I think this is a pretty thorny topic, most of the problems being caused by lack of space. I have touched on this topic previously.
