It seems like many of those who would be most affected (those living around the vicinity) by the proposed building of the third runway at Heathrow Airport are a very understanding lot. According to the poll, only thirty percent of the 1200 residents polled by the campaign group Heathrow First opposed the new runway. The rest agreed that the benefits far outweigh the disadvantages. - via TravelMole (registration required)
