We know your credit cards inside and out

Online giant Hotels.com says they "know hotels inside and out" but at this point their customers may be more concerned with how much they know about data encryption.

According to CNN, "The names and credit-card numbers of 243,000 Hotels.com customers were on a laptop computer stolen from an employee of accounting firm Ernst & Young."

"Ernst & Young added that the computer was password-protected [and] there was no indication the information had been accessed or misused."
