One of the biggest problems appears to be consumer making mistakes when typing passengers names during the purchase of airline tickets and the subsequent high fees charged by the airlines to rectify the error.

So long as you're booking in English, the problems are usually limited to the technical, however we've found that international travellers are frustrated with not being able to book in their own language. I'm just curious if anyone else has found that lack of multilingual usability is a problem on travel websites?
