What will you do then?!
First of all, you should know all your rights as a traveler. Knowing what you are entitled to get (in service and/or as compensation) is a big plus as many travelers just accept what they are told at face value without asking for what they rightfully deserve.
Next, know how to complain. Doing it the right way could dictate if and when you get the compensation and/or service that should be given to you.
Just like in everything else in life, Knowledge Is Power.
For additional information (specifics) on what your rights are when things go wrong, Chris McGinnis can tell you.

How to complain is very helpful. Thank you for sharing it. And Melissa, hope you are having a great Thanksgiving.
