The Russian luxury travel magazine, Elite Travel and Life
will launch into the English speaking market in November 2008. I was taken aback when I read that the cover price will be £9.50 until I read that the target market is individuals with assets in excess of £300 million. The magazine will be available to purchase specially selected retail outlets such as on First Class in Eurostar cross Channel trains. I thought it you were so wealthy you'd be travelling by private jet.
