Macau is already a pretty opulent city. At least in places. But now billionaire Steve Wynn is upping the ante on luxury in China's gambling capital with a new 414 room hotel designed to redefine opulence (according to USA Today and Kayak).
The new hotel is part of a 50-acre plus resort complex Wynn is developing. He hopes it will become Macau's leading gambling institution. With 2,000 or so rooms, 400 tables, shopping and dining galore, and a lush landscaping with plenty of gardens, Wynn's wish for the resort may come true. Wynn already describes the place as "the ritziest hotel in China."
You can stay there in May in a deluxe suite (views of Na Van Lake) for just $449 a night.
